Satabank Redesigned – Bank of the Future
Satabank’s number one focus is providing seamless, smooth and exceptional experience to our clients.
With this in mind, we started one of the most important projects so far – the redesign of Sata Direct. And today, we’re delighted to announce that the new, fully redesigned Sata online banking platform is live.
At the beginning of the project, we took a strategic approach and explored the latest design trends and the most advanced business intelligence tools and techniques. We also turned to our clients because understanding their needs and demands is essential for creating an online banking that will help them manage financials in the easiest way possible.
The all-new Sata Direct has a stylish design, user-friendly layout and improved functionalities, which allow for easier navigation and more personalised and convenient user experience. Clients will now land on a completely revamped website once they log in to their accounts.
The menus are intuitive, easy to navigate and help clients manage their accounts in a new and powerful way. With just a few clicks, they can find exactly what they are looking for. They can easily switch between accounts, view balances and transaction details, activate/block cards and change settings.
We’ve made it as easy as possible to make bank transfers and payments. As previously announced, SEPA Instant also joined the list of Satabank’s payment services. It enables clients to send and receive cross-border and domestic transfers in euro in less than 10 seconds.
